I run a small company with 12 members of staff. It’s quite a competitive industry so the best way to help my staff didn’t always come to mind. To be honest, I didn’t know how to support them in the best way possible. I had my own profile and I leaned on My Performance Manager to answer so many questions. In fact I had so many questions that I needed more online support which I did face-to-face on a Monday morning to start the week. We also worked out a support system for my staff. The funniest thing was how simple it was to have a support system at my fingertips – we certainly plugged into the Performicity grid!
